At Unique Purpose, I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support you on your journey towards personal growth and healing. As a professional counsellor based in South Ockendon, I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential space, where you can explore your thoughts & feelings in a safe and non judgemental environment, pursue your goals and to develop the skills needed in order to reach them. 

Counselling for adults & teenagers with a variety of different needs, from depression, anxiety, self harm, anger management, stress, low self esteem, addiction, and much more.

Whether you are seeking individual support through Counselling or through Mentoring, my tailored approach aims to empower you to be the change you want to see in your life. I believe that trust within the relationship between client and counsellor is vital, which is why I will do my best to help you feel comfortable, secure, calm, and for the sessions to go at your own pace. 

I want to empower & equip you to understand your own unique journey in understanding who you are and where you want to be. Life challenges can be thrown at us especially when we least expect it but we can be honest and accept where we are at and work together in order for you to have an increased confidence, an increased self awareness, learn problem solving, have a greater sense of purpose and to find hope in overcoming and managing your emotions.   

Through safe conversation & self reflection you can learn healthy ways to grow your mind, spirit & body to achieve your goals in becoming the best version of you. This can be done in a variety of different ways such as expressing yourself through talking, creative art, mindfulness, meditation, and learning. One session at a time, you will receive a counsellor who shows compassion, empathy, presence, attentive listening, and a person who truly cares for your overall well-being.
